Return by mail
Any postbox/post office in Japan is okay to drop off your return package. No need to do it from the same place where you picked it up.
Pack all items into your return envelope and make it FLAT so it can enter the mailbox slot smoothly.
(This envelope is enclosed in your original package and is already pre-paid and self addressed)
How do I return my package?
Prepaid and self-addressed return envelope is enclosed in your delivery package. Pack all the items into it and make it flat it can go smoothly into the postbox. Then seal the envelope firmly and mail. You do not need to return your package from the same location where you picked it up. SIM cards are for purchase only. Please dispose after your usage following the local rules for disposal. If mailing from your departing airport, make sure to do it before passing the security gates, as there are no postal service facility available after.
I am already in Japan. Can I still order and receive my delivery package?
Yes. Place your online order with your wished pick-up date to see when is the fastest available delivery option. The system will notify you if the shipping cannot be proceed in time, which depends on the pick-up location. Then complete your order/payment with your accommodation information. Make sure to enter your room number or name/code used to book a room with the hotel information to save time. *Airbnb address is not available to deliver. Contact us and we will search a nearby post office for you.
My plan has changed and I'm no longer arriving/staying at the same place.
Contact us immediately with your new arrival plan and shipping details. If this change is received before we ship your package, the request will be handled without any charge. (Conditions apply: In the case of applying optional services and/or extending your rental term, the fee will be charged.) If the change is received after shipping your package, we can still re-ship the package for an additional JPY 1,000 fee. Failure to pick-up due to flight/immigration/etc. delay shall be handled on individual responsibility base. Re-shipment to an alternative location is available with additional re-shipping charge.
My travel is cancelled. What can I do?
Contact us immediately. If the cancellation notification is received before we ship your package, cancellation full refund will be available. If the cancellation notification is received after shipping out your package, cancellation and refund will be available after deducting the retrieving fee (JPY 1,000).
Can I extend my rental term?
Yes, it is available with very simple steps. Just contact us with how many days you wish to extend, we will get back to you with a link to process your extension payment. After the payment confirmation, your extension request is officially set. Extension fee (per one unit) is JPY350 per day and JPY40 service fee is added per each PayPal transaction. Example : 10 days extension fee -> 350/day x 10 days + 40 service handling = Total JPY3,540 * Insurance fee will be added to above if appllied. No need to send back and exchange your device/s due to the extension. Go ahead and keep using the set until your new return due. Use your current return-envelope to return after your extended rental.
I want my Internet connection until the very last minute in Japan. Can I return my items at my departing airport?
Yes. You can drop-off the return package into a postbox at your departing airport. Please make very sure to do so before passing the security check gate. After the security gate, there is no more postal service or postbox available.
I forgot to return my rental unit, and I have it here in my country. What can I do?
Please contact us immediately, and send it to address below by EMS, Fedex, DHL or faster methods. We are sorry but we will have to charge you for the delayed period. Please wait for the new bill and make the payment.

Can we use the mobile wifi router outside Japan?
No, we are afraid not. Our items are all for domestic usages only. Please refrain from bringing our product/s to outside of Japan with you.
