This service is the bomb. The sim was conveniently mailed to my hotel. Connection was awesome even in remote areas like kamikochi. Never had a doubt about these guys. 500 mb is enough for google Maps use. Awesome! Love it!

Used a US AT&T Unlocked Samsung S9+ and had excellent service. I never got shut off for too much data (and used what I felt like was a lot, though I connected to Wi-Fi frequently), had no issues connecting NordVPN over cellular. Good speeds (20-50Mbps down, 5-10Mbps up). I was in Kyoto, Osaka, Kanazawa, Tokyo, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, and Miyajima. I was rarely without service and generally had service when my friends with Google Fi did not (including the top of the highest mountain on Miyajima). Definitely recommend.

Used 2 different sim cards over 45 days. Easy to set up and worked perfectly in all areas including Okinawa and Ishigaki.

Our prepaid SIM cards were waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and collection was very easy. We mainly used our SIM cards for navigating around Tokyo which proved to be very useful. Overall, a great service at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Japan.

I was doubtful about JW's SIMs, but these 15 day in japan Internet was Flawless, excelent coverage in Kyoto (even in Inari Mt. summit) and Tokyo.
