The SIM card was delivered to my hotel, so it was there when I arrived in Tokyo. I plugged it into my iPhone switched it on and it worked straight away. Great for google maps, WhatsApp home to the kids and grandkids and internet. It even worked on the cruise ship at sea. Excellent service and it exceeded my expectations.

The online ordering process was very easy. Pickup at the airport took only a minute. I experienced absolutely no problem using the SIM card in 4 different cities.
