Wouldn’t have been able to survive without it, and we used it all day, everyday. We used it for Google Maps to get us around, used it for the kids to watch/play on their tablets, and used it for Skype and FaceTime audio to make calls. In the age of advanced Cyber Crime, we avoided using open wifi networks and even the wifi at our Airbnbs, so this was on 24/7!

Extremely reliable throughout our 10 days traveling across Japan, no issues at all. Easy pick up and drop off. Would absolutely use again on our next trips and highly recommend.

We recently took an 11 day trip to Japan and needed reliable wifi service, I was super pleased with everything Japan wireless had to offer! It was very easy to order the router before our trip, they even delivered it directly to our hotel. The set up was super easy and I never had any issues the entire time I was there. Even dropping it off was a breeze all I had to do was take it to a postbox. I would recommend this to anyone traveling!
