Having wifi with you in Japan is indispensible. The wifi unit we rented did the trick most of the time. Sometimes we had to shut it off and reconnect it in order to get service but for the most part, it did the trick.

Used the service for a 15 day trip around Japan and recommended to family too. Picked up at hotel and used with extra charger. Worked very well. Would recommend.

Not a lot to say! Worked flawlessly while we travelled around Japan and gave us a strong internet connection for maps, translate and even watching YouTube.

My one criticism is the site promised it would be charged and ready to go at the airport, however the device or portal battery pack weren’t. Lucky we had our own battery charger so sorted out quite easily.

Very prompt fast service, ordered the pocket wifi during the day on line and I received it later evening the same day properly documented instructions even with return pouch self addressed to drop at a postal box. I will definitely use this service the next time I am in Japan.

Ordered WiFi online and it was at my hotel when I checked in. Product was easy to set up and use. No problems with the wifi. I will order it again while in Japan.

We've used Japan Wireless device for more than 2 weeks during our trip in Japan and everything worked very well.
Easy to find/recive, easy to send back, easy to use.
Obiously, we had to use the power bank often (included) but it never stoppend to work!
We'll use it again if we'll back in japan!
