I loved how easy it was to use Japan Wireless' pocket wifi. The whole process to order onine, puck up, and return the package was very easy as well. The connection was superb and I never had any issues connecting to the internet wherever I went in Japan. Started out in Tokyo, then went to Osaka and Nara - the signal was great throughout. Plus the pocket wifi and power pack was small enough to not be a hassle to carry around in my purse. Their customer service was wonderful as well. Overall, I will definitely use Japan Wireless again when I go back to Japan. I highly recommend them.

Really reliable and lasts a lot longer than I thought when it came to battery power

This device was great to have on our tour to southern japan. Loved that it was waiting for me when we arrived at our hotel, & it was easy to return at a Dropbox at Osaka/Kansai airport. Will try them again.
