I had no problems at all accessing data on my phone using the pocket WiFi. Highly recommend it for those who plan to travel and don’t want to use the expensive international plans that providers offer.

The WIFI was excellent as it provided great service and connectivity with all of my apps on my iPhone. It was extremely helpful with my communicating with people and especially with navigating through Google Map and Japan Transit apps. Also the convenient and easy manner to obtain and return the device is great. I will definite use your service with my upcoming trip to Japan in October and all of my future travels to Japan!!!

The wifi router worked well and was easy to install. Dis nit need the powerbank that was included. The router could be set to english.
