Easy pick up and drop off process. Excellent coverage!

From day 1, our package was waiting for us when we arrived at our hotel.
10 days we had and no issues with connection. 3 phones plus a samsung tablet, we had perfect coverage. Definitely will use them again when we go back to Japan.

We came from America and went all over Japan. Ordering the wifi and picking it up was very simple. Japan wireless had great communication leading up to our arrival. The wireless pack and battery pack worked excellent and ensured our phones were always connected and we were able to always use our maps.

I've used Japan Wireless several times now, and it's a great experience every time. Both the normal and Premium pocket wifis have been reliable and great to use.

Where ever I was in Japan, I was able to connect my cell phone, iPod and notebook PC. Multiple device connected no problem. Extra battery provided connected with short wire was essential for long use. It worked all day. I made sure I charged it before I went to bed. Big thanks to Premium Wi-Fi.
