Cheap but very reliable.

Used Japan Wireless 3 times now. Easy to place order, pu at Narita airport, return at mailbox just before security checkpoint. WiFi easy to set up and use. Great customer service.

While it worked almost all day without needing to charge, it did have some performance issues every once in a while when needed to search things up in a quick situation. Overall, worked perfectly and would highly recommend again.

They really made it easy to pick up and drop off. They provided clear instructions. The product worked as intended. No issues during my 10 day trip from Tokyo to Kyoto. It was lightweight and small, so it fit perfectly in my pocket. Just need to remember to charge it every night. Make 5 min extra time to drop it off at the airport before security. Take video of you dropping it off, just in case.
