I had no issues setting up my request for this wifi device while in Japan. The online portal was easy to use. The only challenging part was finding the wifi center pickup. Otherwise, I used this pocket wifi religiously while in Japan. I will use this service again!

incredible convenience recommended 100% because at night we recharged it and during the day it was always active, working. The clerks were very kind in the delivery at Haneda airport.

We enjoyed the pocket wifi everywhere we went in Japan. So easy to use and very convenient as we don't speaker Japanese to use Google translate, lens and maps. Only when we drove in the mountains the connection was sometimes lost.

I only reason it doesn't get 5 stars as I had to continually keep changing what carrier the device was connecting too as it would either drop out of connection or become quite a slow connection. Once it was connected to a new carrier it was good to go.
