This was the best choice we made for our Japan vacation. We had great service anywhere we went, and we went all over. And that's with several people constantly using it too. It was quick and easy, and I would HIGHLY recommend using Japan wireless to anyone traveling to Japan!!

We travelled around from Tokyo to Hiroshima and the wifi worked perfectly. The device had no issue and normally the battery was enough for the full day. We had more than 5 phones always connected. At the end, we sent it via post and received email confirmation of reception the day after. Recommended!

The Wi-Fi we rented in Japan during our vacation was super easy to set-up and reliable throughout our 2 weeks. Pick up and return were also simple.

I went to Japan for 2 weeks and the pocket wifi was perfect for me compared to buying an E-Sim. The instructions were very clear and even gave directions as to how to pick up the pocket wifi. During my trip, I had only 1 connection issue come up when using the wifi which was due to lack of service in Sunshine City in Ikebukuro.

I was able to use the wifi at full charge, 100%, from typically 7 AM to 8 PM, without it dying. I found myself not using the portable charger unless I forgot to charge the pocket wifi that day.

It is also very travel friendly despite the assumptions of it being large and bulky. I would say that the size was around 3 in x 3 in at most. It was also very light.

Subscribed to Japan wireless when I was in Tokyo Japan from July 31 to August 9. The process was simple and easy. Having unlimited data was so good. I can explore Tokyo with Google Maps and Translate smoothly. Thank you Japan Wireless.

Using the pocket wifi from Japan Wireless was great! Easy pickup at the airport. Dropoff at a post box in the airport with a prepaid envelope. I had enough data for 4 of us for 14 days in Japan. I'm very satisfied with my experience and would use their service again.
