This pocket wifi made our holidays easier and the battery lasted a very long time. All was perfect!

This worked great for us for 18 days using 6 devices connected. From Tokyo to Nagoya, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara and Hakone. Gave us seamless connection when we didn’t have cell service for directions, googling, reloading Suica card, etc. pickup and return at Handa Airport were easy.

Saved a lot of my money

Everything went smoothly - on check in at the hotel in Tokyo I was handed an A4 sized parcel containing the pocket wi fi device / extra battery / mains adaptor and the necessary charging leads. Really quick and easy to get set up - clear instructions in english.
We were on a tour staying in 5 different locations and the wifi reception was excellent throughout - 2 of us each using smartphones and a i-pad. For us the pocket wifi lasted all day on one charge and we did not use the additional battery pack which was included.
Great value - great performance - great service - what is not to like!

Fantastic product to use while travelling in Japan, fast internet used for a family of 4 with no issues, WiFi pockets comes together with a power bank and was really handy. I totally recommend. The communication from Japan Wireless was absolutely amazing with all the detail provided how to collect, setup and return of the equipment. I totally recommend to anyone that wants excellent service, fast internet and connecting with more than 1 device.
