Process from ordering before we arrived to pick up to posting back at the airport was seamless. Product worked perfectly and is a must have when traveling in Japan. Highly recommend. Great value ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We required a mobile wireless device for use by 3 adults and one child, with 6+ devices, over a 4 week trip across Japan. I did some research and this solution from Japan wireless had all the tech specs, and was reasonably priced.
On arrivel at Haneda airport and picking up our package, we set immediately to connecting up. Our use was Internet, streaming, Google maps etc all through a VPN. Our journey took us to Tokyo, Matsumoto, Kanazawa via Kurobe/Tateyama, Fukui, Kyoto, Nagasaki, Kagoshima, including driving to Kaimondake and Mount Sakurajima, Osaka, Kobe, Tokyo, Hakone, Mount Fuji. During this time the Japan Wireless was used throughout, it was so good we didn't even bother connecting to free hotel wifi. This is one of the standout successes of our trip. No drop outs, no data cap, no bufferering, and no signal loss in even the most remote places. The battery life was very good, and we didn't have to use the provided back up battery. Although one long day got to 5% remaining. On arrival back in Haneda, i placed everything in the supplied parcel , and put it in the post box, before going through to departures. I cannot recommend this service enough. Bravo Japan Wireless

De Wifi-pocket is echt een aanrader. Als gezin konden we met z'n vieren inloggen. Onderweg kun je hierdoor met elkaar communiceren, op social media, gamen en Polar Steps bijhouden. Wij vonden het ideaal!

It works perfect and I had full support during my use.

No dramas. Got the unit delivered quickly to our stay's nearest post office. It works well, battery lasts a full day with 3 devices connected. I haven't used a power bank even once.

Pros:
can connect multiple devices
delivery to your location or pick up from airport
comes with power bank

Cons:
low grade coverage in some mountain areas (might be just general Japanese cell coverage and not device related)
in a few towns had to reset the device a few times as it was losing connectivity and was losing link to paired devices too
