Product was excellent. Used it in Nagoya and Tokyo, family of 5 with laptops phones and tablets, no interruption and battery life long enough that didn't even have to use the power bank.

Good price and solid WiFi coverage! Best for two people that are actively using Google maps, IG/TikTok (slow to upload; therefore upload pics but wait for videos as it has slow periods in congested areas), and Google Translate. It’s slow if you try and play games though like Squad Busters or Master Duel. If you want to play games, in addition to the prior, I’d recommend each person get their own. Thank you!

Ordering and pick up was a breeze. Unit provided fast connections for our three devices. Battery easily lasted all day. Drop off was easy as well at Haneda.

Easy pick up from Haneda airport, worked very well with fast speeds at all times, and easy to return at the red mailbox at Haneda.

This pocket wifi is very small and takes up no space. It's so small and compact, my fiance had it and the portable charge that comes with it in his pocket; you couldn't even tell. It's traveled to Osaka, Mt Fuji, and Tokyo with perfect reception. It was easy to set up. The Internet is truly unlimited and you don't have to worry about data caps. Friends that joined us got e-sims from some other company. All trip they were looking for free wifi because they reached their data cap for the day. So I definitely plan on getting this again on my Japan trip next year. I highly recommend this as an option if you want to stay connected.
