We were quite pleased with the operation of the unit. It was waiting for us at the hotel in Yokohama and was easy to set up. Throughout our travels in Japan we were able to use the Internet without interruption. We would definitely recommend this as a connection option.

It was easy to pick up the mobile WiFi at the airport upon arrival and drop off at post box at the airport before security checkpoint when departing. Device worked consistently and battery lasted for a full day. The only day I charged from the power bank was when we were out for an extra long day. I’m a repeat customer and would recommend this rental service.

Price is affordable and it comes with a rechargeable battery back and charging block. Reliability was spotty and sometimes the internet would not connect. But that didn’t happen all the time.
