Easy to contract online and the pocket Wifi was delivered to my hotel before we arrived. The pocket Wifi worked great everywhere we traveled in Japan - Hiroshima to Tokyo. The device lasted all day without requiring a recharge. Japan Wireless does provide a battery backup in case it was needed. Finally, the price was better compared to other options.

I easily connected multiple devices, and the battery usage of those devices is so much better than when I connect them to 4/5G.

They dropped it off to the hotel. I dropped it off in mail in convenience store.

Worked as advertised. Unlimited internet, good speeds, good connections.

Instructions were clear, very easy to set up and connect.

Pickup was smooth. Location was at first expected to be inside the terminal, but was really easy to spot after exiting the terminal (close to the train plaza). The device itself worked perfectly, only truly needing spare powerbank usage for 3 devices on 12-14h day trips (often used maps, occasional social media / searching for locations to visit and translation usage). Truly worked out well for our trip.
