It was so easy to book a wireless device and easy to use, the signal was really fast the price was excellent

Second time we have hired a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless. Quality of wifi was great. Pickup at airport was easy and drop off in the post box at the airport made life easy. Will definitely use again when we return to Japan

Excellent service yet again from Japan Wireless. Good email communication before and during the hire period. Never any issues with connectivity and fast enough internet.
I always order to have the device delivered prior to my accommodation and it's always been there when I arrive.

While I’m not sure how long this technology will be even necessary in Japan (my wireless carrier now covers me completely while in Japan) this is still one of the most convenient and seamless ways to have WiFi coverage in Japan. This was my third time with these guys and the best experience yet! Loved having the unit and loved the instant access to maps on my phone and websites for the businesses I wanted to frequent. 4.75 stars for sure! The only confusion for me (an American) was where I could drop off the return package. My hotel assured me I could use the hotel mailbox, but I wasn't sure as it wasn't an official post office box. It worked though and I was so relieved.

Used this portable wifi for 18 days. Super reliable, very fast, and on the 1-2 occasions it lost connection during this time, it was easily fixed by turning the device off and on again. Came with a power bank but we didn’t have to use it as the device’s battery lasted the whole day. Easy pick up and return, just drop in any post box. Great value for money. Highly recommended!
