We pre-ordered 2 devices for our family of 4 online, received clear instruction where to pick up at Narita. The connection was easy to set up, good speed (even for mobile gaming teenagers), reliable coverage, easily fits into handbag or trouser pockets. The battery wasn't too good but it came with a small USB power bank and with that it easily lasted as long as we ever needed deep into the night. Drop off was as simple as putting everything back into the bag, sealing the envelope and throwing it into a post box. Would always use this service again and recommend to other tourists, for our 2 weeks it was perfect and much simpler than an eSIM

Everything worked perfectly. The package included the pocket WiFi device, a power bank, and an adapter. I purchased it online from New Zealand, and upon arrival at Narita Airport Terminal 1, my package was ready and waiting at the counter with my name on it.

The return process was just as easy. Be sure to keep the return envelope provided, and before entering airport security, place all the items back into the bag, seal it, and drop it in the post box at Terminal 1.
