My second time using Japan Wireless. Very detailed instructions as to where to pick up and return the router. Pick up was super easy and fast. Connection for 3 phones was good. Communication with the company was great too. They responded quickly. I’ll definitely go with Japan wireless again.

Delivered as directed to our hotel for our arrival. The pocket wifi was excellent throughout our trip.

We rented the mobile WiFi package from Japan wireless for our 2 weeks trip to Japan for a family of 5 and it worked anywhere were we went perfectly well.
Not only in Tokyo, Yokohama, but also in Nagano and in the countryside.

Really easy to collect set up and use. Four of us collectively used it for 3 weeks on a trip to Japan (April 2025) where we travelled from Yamagata in the north to Hiroshima in the south and had no problems at all with connectivity. Would highly recommend.
