Very good product.it was working every where during our trip

Very good Service 10/10

This is the second year that we have chosen pocket wifi instead of e-sim. We used it connected to two mobile devices, we had to charge it every evening because we used the navigator a lot when we had to drive. In Kiushu it worked perfectly, in Hokkaido we lost the signal on the route from Biei to Akan (through the Daisetsuzan National Park, between tunnels and mountain passes but it would have happened even with a normal connection) and going back from Kushiro to Noboribetsu (again due to the tunnels and going up in nature reserves). I recommend it, we will definitely take it again to discover the next island.

We had a wonderful experience using the router while in Japan. Had an excellent charge life and reception in the countryside on our trip to Mt Fuji. Would definitely rent this product again!

Amazing. Wouldnt travel Japan without ot!

The Japan Wireless service was an excellent addition towards making my trip enjoyable. It was very simple to use and the wireless worked all the time.
Japan Wireless also made it very simple for me to get access to the device. They delivered the device to my hotel and the instructions to set it up was simple.
They also made it very simple to return the device. There was a self addressed, with postage, envelope. All I needed to do was place all the items that were given to me to use in it. Then I gave it to the hotel to mail which they had no problem doing.

Great solution for navigating and staying connected, we used it non-stop and appreciated the extra battery bank to get us through the evening as well.

Easy and secure access to wifi is important when traveling and Japan Wireless is a great company to work with. Battery life was great so I didn’t need the provided power bank. Simple to use and to share with a few traveling companions. I would use them again.
