It´s very useful to have a wifi service everywhere. Out battery device was a bit old and lasted only some hours. It was always necessary to use the power bank.
However, in general, was a good experience.

I had no problem getting the package delivered to the house that I was staying at. It was easy to set up and worked great. I will order again when I go to Japan.

Super fast, reliable, comes with an additional powerbank. One small minor point - sometimes the connection is lost in superexpress, but it might be because of network coverage.

Pick up and drop off were so easy! Once placing my order, they gave me updates on where my package was the entire way. After picking it up at the airport, I was able to turn on the pocket wi-fi right and began using it right away! Battery lasted all day and 3 of us used it without any lag in connection. We drove around and were on trains in Tokyo, Kyoto, Nagoya, Nara and Osaka and encountered no issues during our trip. Would definitely use again when we visit Japan next time!!!

We were able to use the pocket wifi for our entire trip. We only needed to use the extra battery one time, and the wifi was consistent throughout all areas we visited. We were glad to have it and will rent from Japan Wireless again when we return.
