Worked perfectly thoughout our two week trip no issues amd easy to return

The device had a good wifi signal and was fairly easy to set up. My only comment is the charge only lasted maybe a half day, so I had to bring the extra power pack with me, and that was a lot of extra stuff to carry around.

We rented the pocket WiFi for two weeks while traveling in Japan and it worked great. It was easy to pick up at the airport, easy to connect phone to device and small enough to carry around in my jacket pocket. This was much more cost effective than paying roaming fees from my US based cell phone service company. I highly recommend!!

Very easy to set up. The battery lasted the whole day and comes with a power bank. Pickup and return was very easy also. I did not have any down times with the pocket router, highly recommended,!
