Whole process was seamless. Was ready for collection when we checked in to our hotel, worked very well for our trip and return via the enclosed envelope was simple as well. Would recommend getting the spare battery if planning longer days out and about.

I had a small set up issue initially but just reset the router. Overall it worked great and was easy to use and held a charge throughout the day.

Great customer experience

This was hands down the best decision we made for our trip. We had no issues what so ever. From pickup at the airport to drop off at the same location, everything was seamless. We travelled to remote locations in Japan and never went without connection. Would recommend to every single person we know that travels to Japan. Wifi dongle is the way to go!!

Device worked excellent.
The single obstacle was pick up at the Kansai Airport where we landed at 7am and had to wait till 9am for post office to open. Pure waste of time
