Amazing speed, stable connection & great customer service

Used this in Japan during recent month-long trip. Absolutely great customer service--they have a local office in Japan and were very responsive. My wife and I both used this for wireless Internet access for our two laptops and two cell phones! And the price is totally reasonable.

The service was up to my expectations. The company as much as possible welcomed my requests to change and therefore remain more than satisfied. In the future purchase again because they are very professional and serious. Well done.
