With the unlimited plan, I've been able to go anywhere in Japan with a really fast internet, if you are going somewhere far in Japan, after charging the portable charger and your portable wifi, you'll be able to go about 2 days with no problem. So I'm really satisfied with my purchase, and hope if you come for tourism or for long stays use this service as well!. you won't regret it.

“Pocket WiFi” is a must when visiting Japan. It is the key to seamless communication and navigation, and super easy to use. The procedure for picking it up and handing it back via post is just as clever as it is simple.

The overall service was great. Easy to receive and easy to return. I did have issues with the signal in certain areas, e.g. Yokosuka Chuo, when I was traveling.

It is easy to get Japan Wireless device and convenient to connect to.
However, there is a data cap for 3 days usage. If that can be removed, it would be perfect.

I rented the mobile wifi hotspot and the renting process was very smooth with return envelope within the package for easy return. Wifi was effective in all area including countryside and fast enough. Unlimited data make it easy to be connected and call via wifi everywhere. I would use it again when i visit Japan for me and for my family.

I tried other companies before Japan Wireless and they all had hidden and small limits. Never had an issue with Japan Wireless for data limits. I recommend for travel and if you move in a new apartment. Cancelled easily too,
