Traveled through Tokyo, Kyoto, Nara, & greater Osaka/Kobe areas and had great coverage. Only issue is finding this kiosk at the airport. It's hidden in the back corner, and signs say another company name.

Works very well and it's easy to order, it delivers at the hotel and it's easy to return, just drop the package as per instructions in any Post Box, we returned it at Narita Airport Terminal 1, there is a post box.
