Pickup and setup was easy and straightforward. Good connection throughout Tokyo, a little spotty in the subways but always connected once I was off he train. Only experience one issue where I had to power down and reboot. Spent a day at DisneySea without any issues. Affordable option especially if you have multiple members in your party. Highly recommend.

It was very handy to have the pocket wifi in Japan. I visited my mom in Sapporo and she doesn't have wifi at home so it was great to have internet access to do everything I needed. I was able to carry it with me everywhere. It was very economical — a great solution!

Easy to pick up at a kiosk in Haneda Airport and drop off at the post box at airport. The equipment works, no problems.

This is our third time using Japan Wireless and it's always a super convenient way to stay well connected across Japan. The portable wi-fi is really easy to use and offers a good connection. If I had one gripe, it would be that the power pack provided did not keep much charge and would only offer a very short amount of additional power.
