Have had no problems

This pocket wifi was great! It supported 6 different phones, iPads, and a computer while we were in Japan for 2weeks! We had to charge every night but it lasted all day! We were on a cruise stopping at 8 different cities but had service most of the time except when we were in the open seas but this was mostly at night!! Renting this was very affordable for all the wifi support we got!

It never let me down during my entire stay with family in Tokyo for 9 days. Very handy. My iphone11 has 64 GB of storage only so uploading to icloud is necessary with wifi connection everywhere and anytime is a must for me ias I took photos and cideoa uaing my iphone. Highly recommended.

Well priced device that works well for your trip. I also got a SIM card for my android from them and that worked well too. I got to keep that but the wifi device was mailed to my hotel and easy to send back from any post office in Japan.

The product functioned well. We would charge it during the night and its battery would last the whole day. Only one day we had to use the power bank.

Easy to pick up at the Ninja Wireless counter at Haneda. Dropped off at the red postal box near departure. One time the unit gave an error message, but I powered it off and on and it worked fine after that. Very easy to use and the bandwidth was more than sufficient for 3-5 casual users, and it supports up to 10 devices. I wish this service were available in other countries!

we were in Japan for two weeks. The pocket wifi is very useful no matter where we went - connectivity were good and speed was good enough. As we arrived at airport late in the evening so we had the pocket wifi delivered to our hotel - very convenient service.
