The pocket wifi we got was just what we needed for our trip to
Tokyo, Osaka, & Kobe. We did not even need the included power bank. Three devices connected to it was no problem at all. Getting the package from the post office was a breeze. Return packet was included and dropping it off at the post office was no sweat at all. Japan Wireless also emailed immediately me when they noticed that I had made a mistake with the pick-up point and they arranged for the change without any fuss. God willing, we will get our pocked wifi from Japan Wireless when we come back to Japan!

The instructions for pickup and drop off were clear. The mobile wifi worked extremely well even all the way out in Hakodate. Highly recommend having one while traveling around.
