Great plan, unlimited data is the way to go. Very easy to order and return. Only complaint is that the battery did not last 20 hours as advertised, even with minimal usage, it averaged 6-8 hours a day. Luckily a powerbank was also included, but now that adds extra weight and another item that will need to be charged at end of day. Overall great plan, product, service, will order again.

Extremely reliable pocket wi-fi! Premium package fulfilled all of our needs during our trip in Japan. I would highly recommend Japan wireless to anyone looking for this type of solution.

Easy to use and handy device. The hotel delivery made it very easy. Worked great in each city we traveled to. Felt very reassured having internet and ability to pull up directions wherever we went.

Battery last all day long, the connection was stable everywhere, excellent for travel and work. No flaws at all.

Without this we would have been lost getting about Tokyo. It was waiting on us at the hotel and the most difficult bit about the process was finding a post box to return it

The wifi connection worked well all through the cities we went to - Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara. The device is compact and light. Good to share for 2 people. We used it for 14 days, for 2 people, mainly for Google maps but sometimes some youtube videos as well. The speed was excellent! It was also easy to pick up and drop off. I would definitely recommend. Just keep in mind though that a fully charged battery can last you a day. If it’s not fully charged, it won’t last so make sure to always bring the extra battery and/or charge it during the night.
