We rented from Japan Wireless the Wi-Fi box for 12 days. Everything worked well. Easy to get it. Easy to operate and easy to return. I highly recommend it.

I loved how convenient the pocket wifi was, I could get service anywhere I travelled. Only downside was the battery would need to be charged at least once a day.

The package arrived first thing in the morning and I received it as soon as I checked into my hotel. The pocket wifi was faster compared to my family's and so it exceeded my expectations. Returning it was also a breeze.

Japan Wireless kept us connected home in Hawaii while we were on a 2-week tour in Hokkaido. We were in the rural area of Hokkaido and thanks to Japan Wireless we had great internet coverage wherever we were. Set up was easy and I was able to connect multiple devices. Returning it was also easy. We dropped off the enclosed return package at the hotel front desk and received a return confirmation from Japan Wireless in a couple of days. I will use Japan Wireless again on our next trip to Japan. Highly recommended.
