Really easy to link, always connected for me and I didn’t have any issues with the signal. I used this every day and constantly, so good for checking maps etc and worked out cheaper than if I had used data through my network. I will purchase again in the future :)

My last Japan trip, I rented three devices with the 'premium wifi' package. Never once did I have an issue. My party was always connected, and we were even provided a battery pack! We stuck the devices in our backpacks and we had perfect internet in Narita, Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. Will definitely rent again in the future.

This was an absolute necessity when going around Japan. Very convenient pick-up and drop-off at the airport. Even without powerbank, this lasts the whole day easy. I just bring the powerbank as a back-up just in case. Internet access was fast and very reliable. The only watchout is when underground in the subway. Signal will be difficult, but so are all the mobile phones anyway. Otherwise, this kept us connected wherever we went! This made our Japan experience so much easier. Can't live without!

Product was thin enough to fit in my travel wallet and was extremly reliable. I had great Wi-Fi my entire trip. Easy to charge at night in all my hotels.

I was a little nervous because I had been looking at reviews for a pocket wifi and all of them from 2023 mostly were negative, I took the chance on it anyway and I'm really glad I did. I actually had the BEST experience using the service. I had strong connection throughout Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto as well as smaller towns on the way to Tottori. It was a lifesaver since my eSIM for my phone (with a different provider) ended up not even working. Picking up and dropping off was also super easy and they gave me a little bag with a charger and a portable battery as well. The battery life usually would last a whole day, but on occasion would need the charger. I used the service with my phone, tablet and Nintendo Switch and I'm really glad for the unlimited data. I absolutely would use this service again for any future trips back to Japan.

had some major issues w/ Iphone 14 otherwise worked good enough. traveled from tokyo to kyoto and had service most of the way. always dead zones in tokyo subways but to be expected. better than other devices i've tried.

No dead spot .. wifi is excellent
