The WiFi itself is pretty reliable. I had it for 10 days and we had no issues. The powerbank that comes with the device was really helpful.

In terms of delivery, the team was quick to inform me about possible delays. They were able to deliver it the next day despite me having to give a different address. Overall, I had a good experience with Japan Wireless. 👍🏼

Used this pocket wifi for almost 2 weeks while travelling in Japan from Tokyo to Sapporo and the mountain region of Hakuba. Reliable, fast and never lost a signal. Battery lasted over 12 hours with a recharge. Small like a phone was not intrusive at all. Easy to return. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.
