Never had an issue, except for picking it up. The airport directions weren’t super clear, so I walked in circles for 15 extra minutes. But after that, no issues whatsoever! Worth every penny and cheaper than other providers for the same great speed.

This is very good for family shared internet. Easy pick up and drop at Narita.

There is one time it lost access. Just have to hard reset and remove the battery
