I enjoy using this company it is my second time. They have amazing customer service. My power pack was not working and they sent me a new right away. I enjoy how there is no delivery or return few. It is a reliable way to have high speed internet and can connect your laptop to the internet if the hotel internet is not good enough. I would use again.

Me and my 4 friends stayed always connected to the internet thanks to this device. This really made the life so much easier in Tokyo. Pick up from airport was easy and returning was even easier. I absolutely recommend this!

A fantastic addition to my trip

Works most of the time, is quick and only issue we had was some random connection loss. Otherwise worked in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima, and Miyajima and in between on shinkansen. Sometimes had issues in subway tunnels but that's to be expected. Definitely worth the price.
