Fast internet speed. I was able to post live updates to family back home while travelling in Japan (riding Shinkansen)! It was great, and the battery lasted quite long for such a small device too. Highly recommended. Would rent again.

Easy to use and lasted the whole day. We weren't even able to use the powerbank/battery because the unit didn't run out of battery.

Fast, reliable internet wherever I was in Japan, simply fabulous.

Ordering, collection and using the pocket wifi was really easy. It was used constantly including the kids streaming Netflix and I had no bandwidth issues. The unit I had did become faulty after about 9 days but customer service was excellent and a new one was couriered to my hotel the next day. Overall very happy with the service provided.

Seamless service, from ordering to receiving the WiFi at our hotel when we arrived in Okinawa. The business WiFi proved it's worth as we used it throughput our travel across Japan. Superb battery life + strong connection/speed. Worth the spend.
