I think this is a great value for unlimited wifi. I don't have a router or use wifi at home, so I just use this and I can take it anywhere I go. It is very convenient. Although sometimes the internet is slow when I use my computer. I recommend this for travelers.

This was a very useful and wonderful device that kept us in touch with everything through our travels in Japan. The trip would not have been so successful without it. My daughter and I shared the one device . An essential piece of kit The pick up and delivery process was efficient and straight forward and customer service was excellent. - thoroughly recommend .

I needed a home wifi connection on short notice and after ordering from Japan Wireless, I received it the next day. The device worked well, had long battery life, and Japan Wireless provided an envelope for returning the device. Everything went smoothly and worked well without a single problem. If I ever need a short-notice wireless connection in the future, I will definitely choose Japan Wireless. If you are looking for service and you're reading this, don't bother looking any further. The price is right and service is excellent.

Service was excellent with no dropouts during my weeklong stay. Price was reasonable and of great value. Pickup was extremely easy, return required a post box but it was at airport so very convenient. Will use again, no doubt. Thank you for having this service available for travellers!

There was no wait for supplies and they were very reliable for extended use. This is a great place to rent from for ease of use and reliability for a fun visit to Japan!

i ordered it in advance not sure what i was going to get. i was surprised how easy it was to use. I picked the package up no problem from the airport post office. all you had to do is press the button and connect to the wifi by entering password provided. i started using it immediately, which was fortunate because i forgot to print out the directions on how to walk to my hotel from the bus station. Did not have a single problem with connections when i walked around tokyo. Hakone, subway etc. i actually found the rental better then my hotel wifi. the battery lasted a long time and the rental came with charger and battery storage thing. if you will rely on the internet to get to places etc its definitely worth it.
