The SIM was there when I arrived at my hotel without issue. Setup is a little complex if you're not used to the networking settings on your phone, but if you follow the instructions carefully, it works fine. Coverage appeared to be excellent. I had no trouble connecting anywhere I went.

I have tried various SIM cards in Japan during my visits to Japan, however, this Japan wireless card was really amazing. Was easy to set, and high-speed internet, and very enough data for a day. The most important is the quick customer service support in English. I would personally recommend this SIM card for visitor to use in Japan.

I bought the SIM as more convenient and not going to use much data whilst on the move! 500mb per day is more than enough for me. Delivered on time, easy to use with well given instructions. Even support before my purchase was awesome to ensure I was getting what I needed.

It was good to stay connected most of the time. The only issue I had was that I lost battery after I used it for about about 8 hours, so I needed to recharge it.
