Japan Wireless is a wonderful company with reliable services and promptly delivery. Without this wireless router, I would not have a wonderful vacation. The wireless router is work everywhere from big cities to remote mountains. It took me to Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka without any trouble. It is always up and connected if the router properly charged. Thank you Japan Wireless provides such a wonderful service. Japan Wireless is one of the wonderful company. If you are using Viber app, you can make a call to every where in the world. Again, thanks Japan Wireless. I will order Japan Wireless again on the next trip hopefully in Autumn next year.

Easy to use, battery lasted a long time, didn’t even need the portable battery and it was light weight. Had no issue returning it.

This quite possibly was the most important thing we purchased for our recent trip to Japan. As a business owner working remotely, I wanted to ensure that my wifi connectivity was good irrespective of my hotel, city or circumstance. This little device delivered! And the delivery of the pocket wifi to my hotel and drop off right before check in at the airport made the whole use process so seamless. 10/10 recommend.

Esperienza molto positiva. Spedizione in aereoporto ad Osaka, ritiro semplicissimo e veloce senza cosa. Configurazione semplicissima. Wi-fi velocissimo, prende ovunque, si possono collegare più dispositivi. La batteria ha una buona durata e c'è una power bank aggiuntiva. Mi sono trovato davvero molto bene. Restituzione semplicissima, è bastato imbucare il plico preaffrancato all'aereoporto di Tokyo

The pocket WiFi worked well for most of the trip. Our connection was usually pretty good and it was helpful to have internet access while on the tour.

Rented from Japan Wireless for a month and was one the best travel accessories to have. Highly recommend
