Japan Wireless was so amazing! My trip got delay a day and I ended up at another hotel and Japan Wireless was very understanding and had my Wi-Fi box sent to my new hotel on the day I got there with no delays. It worked amazingly well. I am very impressed with their services.

We recently returned from Japan, as we arrived in Japan by cruise ship, we picked up our wi-fi at a pre-determined post office (Kagoshima Sanwa) with no dramas at all. The staff were obviously very competent in the procedures and we were in and out with 10 mins with our wi-fi all set up and ready to go for the following 3 weeks approx. Just dropped the envelope provided into the post box at Narita Airport right before boarding. Very happy with the product and the convenience.

Pick up at the airport was really easy and fast. We never ran out of batteries all day by charging at night. We had wifi constantly as we travelled throughout Kyushu and to Kyoto.

I highly HIGHLY recommend getting a pocket wifi over an e-sim. I stayed in Japan for one month (worked from home for 2 weeks, PTO for 2 weeks) and I'm so glad I did. I got this just in case my hotel wifi connection was weak, and I ended up using it for work for the entire two weeks.

I got the unlimited wifi package for the month and I had internet almost everywhere I went (parts of Hakone was sometimes spotty but not a problem), and it lasted me for 10-12 hours without having to charge. I also shared it with my partner when we traveled and we had no issues.

The pick-up process was super quick (once you order online), the ease and accessibility with connecting to multiple devices, the unlimited wifi, the easy return drop-off (at any mail posts), and the price could not be beat. The actual device is small and light as well. I much prefer this over an e-sim so that I could receive phone calls and texts to my number without having to switch numbers. 10/10 would recommend.

Very useful and long battery

Had a great experience using this service during my two week trip to Japan. Speeds were consistently 100mbps+ and the battery only drained by about 20% per day when not connected to the included battery bank. Signal was great in Tokyo, Osaka, Nara, and Kyoto. Pick-up from Haneda was quick and easy, and the return process was even simpler. Great experience overall.

Best decision ever I pick up my pocket WiFi at ninja store just show my passport and done.. 8 days none problem at all…day number 8 when got out of the airport limousine there was a post box Drop it inside and done just like that…two days later I received a email that they got my equipment and account closed.. outstanding experience..just as advertised THANK YOU Japan wireless..I will recommend 100%

Great WiFi coverage and never dropped regardless of where we went. Speeds were fantastic and consistent. Enough speed for 3 people to do as they pleased on the go.
