We reserved and used this for our 2 week stay for 4 people. It was a little glitchy at times in the beginning, but we never called for service and we were able to resolve it (possibly user error). When we did have an issue, customer service was quick to respond by email and on the phone. They provided tips and options to make it work. In then end it worked out really well we were able to stay connected during our trip. Satisfied and would use them again on future trips.

Using this devi e to connect along the beautifull japan it is necessary. We didn't have any problems with the connection, everywhere, from the Mountain of Nikko to the sea of Enoshima. I had problems with my flight, and at last time Japan Wireless company help me to send the router directly to my hotel, very professional. For all i recommended.

The speed is super fast! I haven't experienced any drop speed.
Battery: during this Japan trip, I started using it from 8:00 am till 9:00 pm, and it has some battery left! It's amazing! Better still, there is an extra power bank (free of charge) inside the package!
Reliability: Excellent! It's much better than the last one I got from another company at Haneda airport.
Form factor: Small, lightweight and extremely portable!
Price: Very reasonable price.
Return: easy! just drop it at the post office box before the customs.

Definitely will choose this style of WiFi again when we go to Japan!
