We loved having the Japan wireless pocket Wi-Fi. It gave us the independence and freedom. We appreciate while traveling throughout Japan.

WiFi worked great almost everywhere. Device was able to withstand whole day without recharging.

My wireless fevice was at the hotel when we checked in. It was good to have a secure connection to th internet and wished I kept it longer: the hardest thing was teying to find a red postal box but fortunately there was one across the street from our last hotel.

A family member recommended using a pocket WiFi for our 14-day Japan circle cruise. We compared three companies and decided upon Japan Wireless. Fantastic results that we highly recommend. Airport pickup was easy, connection even easier, and then fast service on all four devices from all directions as we were on land as far South as Magasaki and as far North as Hakodate. Each overnight our cruise ship travelled, as as long as we stayed up to a few miles offshore we had coverage. One “sea day” we went without coverage, but all other times we had full coverage. At the airport we slipped the prepaid shipping envelope with the pocket WiFi, the cable, the backup battery, and plug, and that was it. Within one day we received notice that the company had received our returned equipment. Perfect!!
