We had our device delivered to our hotel and it was there waiting for us at check in. Only 1 day did the battery run out but we were out from 7:00am - 9:00pm. Service was strong and consistant. 3-4 devices connceted at all times. We will surely use this device again for our next trip.

We use each time that visit Japan

Landed into Narita and picked up the mobile router exactly where the emailed instructions said to. From the moment I turned it on and through 12 days of daily nonstop use, I never had a problem. It’s also extremely small and easy to bury in a backpack for the day.

This is our 2nd time using this product - it always worked and with good speed!

Everything was excellent

I was a little worried about not having phone service in Japan, but this was an amazing alternative. From day one we had no issues with the wireless and were able to hook up three devices with no problem. The only thing I would say that didn’t work 100% was the back up battery and there wasn’t really a way to contact anybody but luckily for us we never really needed it. The Wi-Fi lasted at least 12 hours of our traveling around Japan every day.

This is the second time i’ve used Japan Wireless. And again, they exceed my expectations. Their device easy to set up, and they include everything you need to be always connected. I had a problem with the device on day 1, notified them about it promptly, and boom.. replacement device delivered to my hotel the next day. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future . And I have been recommending them to friends and families.

I was considering eSim but didn't like the idea of downloading the application so opted out on that. Wifi was easy. Ordered online, tell them when and which airport I'll pick up from and BAM, instant connection. I hope one day I'll be back to Japan and will definitely use the wifi again.
