Easy pickup and return at Haneda Airport.

Never used a portable WiFi before - but so easy to use and a definite “must have” device while traveling throughout Japan!

Very easy pick up and set up on your phone. In some places like the train in the tunnel it lost signal. Other than that I gi e it 5 star 🌟

The pocket wifi sometimes stopped but it was kind of like a short disconnection so it wasn't that bad. The battery life was long enough to last through the day, and the return method was easy!

I did not have my pone unlocked for an Esim, so I ordered a pocket wifi for my 3 1/2 weeks long Japan trip. I picked up the device with no issues at the airport and the device worked wonderfully. The wifi came with a travel pouch, return envelope, charger (cord & box), and a portable battery! We had two cellphones on it and the wifi was very consistent. It even got service in most subways and the shinkansen, I was happily surprised! I would highly recommend this to travelers headed to japan. The return is also super easy, they give you a return envelope and you just put it in a Japanese post box!
