So easy and great to use

This is my second time rental and it works great!
A power bank is also a good addition that I can carry with me everywhere.
Pick-up and drop-off are very easy, too.
I will definitely use their service in the future again.

If you're thinking of staying anywhere in Japan, I would highly recommend getting a device for portable wifi. We spent 3 weeks in Japan and it gave us regular reliable wifi. This became particularly useful when using Google Maps

I used the premium wifi all over Tokyo and Kyoto for 3 weeks and never had any issues with speed or connection. If I did, it was like 30 seconds max and back to full speed. Highly recommend and when I come back to Japan, I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The product worked great. The process to order online was super simple. Had it delivered to my hotel and it was there soon as I checked in. They also provide a return envelope that made the return process so simple! Seamless process and again the product worked great I never had issues with it. I would highly recommend and would definitely get again.

Ordering online was very easy. Picking it up at Narita could not have been easier. The counter was easy to find and all I had to do was show my QR code, they handed me an envelope with my name on it and everything we needed inside. The power bank was a nice extra. Returning was as easy as putting everything in the envelope and dropping in the box at the airport.

Service was solid throughout our trip. Speed was never throttled. The battery lasted longer than expected. We used the power bank, but I’d read they only last 6-8 hours, we got more like 10.

Sometimes we would notice we were offline and had to turn it back on again, and sometimes it ran hot.

Overall, great experience and would do it again.
