Everywhere i visit in japan, the wifi seems to work perfectly! i have no issues with the wifi not working except one day. it seemed to not charge no matter what i do, so i have to disassemble the wifi an remove battery. this only happen once over the course of 15 days so not bad. I think it’s better than phone service!

I used Japan Wireless during a 7 day trip and it worked amazingly. I never felt I got slowed down, it was affordable and it only dropped maybe 1 or 2 times during my use. I will be back to Japan and will definitely use them again for my wifi needs.

The wirless is indespensable when traveling through Japan

The pocket Wi-Fi service was excellent. The device was waiting for us at the hotel, it was easy to set up and the battery lasted all day, everyday. We had a good Wi-Fi connection everywhere we went, during our 2 week trip.

We used the wifi all day everyday of our 2 weeks trip & always had super fast wifi without issue. The battery also lasted 12+ hours everyday and we only had to charge overnight. I will rent from them on all my future trips to Japan!

Service was excellent , we used it on 5 devices the entire time and it did not dissapoint. When i go back to Japan i will 100% use them again. Pick up was easy and drop off also .

Long as it was fully charged at beginning of the day, it lasted all day. At least with the router we had. Connection was good on all subways and trains and no noticeable delays
