This was so handy and so useful to have while traveling Japan. Japan wireless made the process so easy delivering everything to our hotel and then super easy process to drop in mailbox right at the airport.

Super convenient, long lasting system, and strong connection.

The Premium WIFI..... was wonderful. We were confused trying to find it.. but once we did then connected it to our cellphones..,, the WiFi was outstanding! I will use it again when I return to Japan.

Very easy to use. We used it for 3 weeks in the Kansai region. The reception was great. Power bank, USB cable and AC adapter were provided. returning was very easy. We’ll use it again next year when visiting Japan.

First trip to Japan and used Japan Wireless for our wifi on all devices. It was fast even when we went to remote areas. So reliable. Will definitely use again and recommend if you need fast wifi with no limitations, Japan Wireless is the way to go. They have great logistics on the delivery and return of the device too. We just drop it off at the airport mailbox upon leaving. Easy setup and comes with a power bank when out all day.

We traveled to Tokyo and picked up the wifi packet from Haneda airport. The process was super simple and the wifi worked everywhere we went (Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka). The device lasted us pretty much all day on one charge, so be sure to charge it whenever you get back to your place of stay. They provided us with an extra battery charging pack, but we didn't even us it.
The size is pretty small and light, so it fit in my partner's purse very easily.
When we were done with our trip, we just dropped the wifi packet at a mailbox.
Overall, the process was very simple. Would definitely recommend this to others traveling to Japan!
