Used Japan Wireless for my Japan trip this past November. Picked up my pocket wifi upon arrival into Narita Airport Terminal 2. Had no issues with it and didn’t have to worry about connection interruption at all. Liked the fact it came with a Power bank but never had to use it as it lasted the whole day. Would definitely recommend this service and would use them again when I travel back to Japan. Arigato gozaimasu Japan Wireless! Great service!

Our 14 days trip in Japan was great and using Pocket Wi-Fi was easy and reliable. The unit last at least 12-14 hours before using the power bank that comes with the package. Definitely recommend getting this unit while traveling.

When we arrived at our hotel in Sapporo, the portable wi-fi package was waiting for us. We had no issue connecting to it and used it daily on two devices during our three and a half weeks stay in Japan. The portable wi-fi lasted while we were out and about, recharged during the night. When we were ready to depart home from Haneda Airport, we placed the portable wi-fi package in the prepaid envelope they provided and dropped it in the mailbox. We would use Japan Wireless again, may be use their eSIM.

The service is reliable. Highly recommended.
