Easy pick up and return. I would use again

I always get Japan Wireless Pocket Wifi whenever I go to Japan. It's so convenient and so reliable.

I have been a returning customer for Japan Wireless, their service is exceptional. I was not able to book my wifi router ahead of time, but I contacted them and they were able to send a unit to my hotel. Their service is spot on as well. They always keep in touch if there are network slowdows or problems. Also they provide a powerbank which is a life saver especially if you are on the move. With regards to the capacity or the data allocation, we got no problem as it was unlimited. I was traveling with our kids, and because of our data they can watch their favorite shows without a problem. This was a life saver when we are traveling from Tokyo to Osaka, then to Nagoya, then Tokyo again. Truly an amazing company, product and Customer Service.

We used this wifi for 3 weeks. We were very happy with coverage and no loss of speed for the two of us. Pick up and drop off were easy with instructions in full English. It did get a bit dicey when a few friends join us, increasing the number of devices to 5, but overall there were no loss of speed or coverage. Highly recommended!

Ordered the hot spot with unlimited service two trips in a row. This time for a 15 night trip through 4 cities. Delivered to hotel, turned it on, and was all set the entire trip. Good economical option for families with multiple phones and tablets. Highly recommend.

Internet was reliable and at a great price. Pick up and drop off were also convenient, will definitely get a pocket wifi the next time I am in Japan.
