Perfect service. Fantastic with power bank

Rented one of these for 14 days while we traveled in Tokyo, Nagoya, Kyoto, Osaka and Hiroshima. It had perfect coverage in all of these places, and often was more reliable and faster than the hotel wifi where we were staying. We typically turned it on around 8am and it would run out of battery at 6pm with 4 devices connected to it all day. We found that the included battery pack did not work very well, so we used our own on the few occasions where we needed extra life out of it. Highly recommended.

The equipment is wonderful. It allowed me to stay in touch whereverI was in Japan. However the utility was tempered by the fact that others in my travel group were also able to conduct their business on Free Wifi at hotels etc. You have strong competition, and may like o make your product more competitively priced.

Worked well except battery would often be flat by 5pm. Good to have the spare battery, but makes for a heavy unit to carry.

We were in Japan during 10 days and this portable wifi was very useful. I will recommend it.

We had this for a 3 week trip to Japan. Pick up and drop off at the airport was very efficient and straightforward. No issues with the wifi at all, and great to be given a battery pack as well to use. Great service.

It's perfect

Easy to use and was delivered to our hotel with no difficulties. It was waiting in our room when we checked in. Strong wifi signal all throughout our 2 week trip in Japan. Battery life was as advertised, even with constant usage. Would rent again the next time we are back.

Ottimo

We used this pocket wifi worked great for our recent trip to Japan. Our only problem was finding a way to keep it powered all day long. The power would die halfway thru the day so we had to carry multiple power banks with us to be sure we could continue to navigate around. It died once and I got lost and couldn't find my way home so be sure you carry multiple powerbanks for your phone and pocket wifi.
